ViewDefinition : Folding endurance tests have been used to estimate the ability of paper to withstand repeated bending, folding, and creasing. Folding endurance has also been useful for measuring the deterioration of paper upon aging.

Device Description : Folding clamp, quick grip type of stainless steel for a strip width of 15mm which is vibration free due to absence of conventional geared drive. On this tester , Two testers can be tested simultaneously . the number of folds is registered by two counters , which are stopped automatically when the specimen breaks. The fix jaws having loading clamps with weight bars and weight steps of 50grams gives loads between 1.96 N and 9.32N respectively.
